The focus of this forum is to showcase the challenges and opportunities of food processing in Iowa. Panelists representing diverse types and scales of food processing will outline these issues as well as innovations and best practices followed by audience discussion. Please join the Iowa Food Systems Council in exploring the role of food processing and how it supports healthier Iowans, communities, economies and the environment.
